All the products are shipped directly from our warehouse in New York (to customers in US & Canada). With such, US customers are not subject to any import tax.

We ship from Hong Kong to customers located outside North America and import taxes might be applicable upon reception of goods.

Shipping time depends on the destination. We will ship with USPS within the US and with DHL to other countries. In most cases, the package will arrive within 3-5 days or less for domestic sales (US) and 7-10 days on international sales.

Delivery prices vary depending on the weight of the chosen item, delivery service and postal country. A price will be calculated during the checkout process when the delivery details have been entered.
Full tracking is available via email upon dispatch.

Returns without support request are always subject to a 20% restocking fee and refunds will be issued only after full inspection of the items upon reception.

Our radios are built to order, so all order cancellations are subject to a 15% administrative fee, even if the products were not yet shipped. No exceptions will be made, unless the order date is older than 60 days.

All delivery times are stated in working days (Monday – Friday).
