Delivery prices vary depending on the weight of the chosen item, delivery service and postal country. A price will be calculated during the checkout process when the delivery details have been entered.
Full tracking is available via email upon dispatch.
Returns without support request are always subject to a 20% restocking fee and refunds will be issued only after full inspection of the items upon reception.
Our radios are built to order, so all order cancellations are subject to a 15% administrative fee, even if the products were not yet shipped. No exceptions will be made, unless the order date is older than 60 days.
All delivery times are stated in working days (Monday – Friday).
